A records request is where you can request a download for a date and time of the video files recorded of the stream. Fill out the form, pick a date and time, enter any additional details, pay the fee and you will receive a download link after I can process the file. Video files are roughly 1 Gigabyte and 1 hour long. If video for that date and time cannot be produced, you will receive a refund.
